Integrations

How the TradesMen ecosystem connects.

Each app in the ecosystem is independently useful, and designed to connect with the rest through documented APIs, scoped tokens, webhooks, and shared identity.

Integration philosophy

Apps in the TradesMen ecosystem stay independently deployable. Coupling happens through clear, documented integration points — not through ad-hoc backend joins. That keeps each product simple and lets the ecosystem behave like a connected platform when it should.

Identity and access

TradesMen Network is designed to act as the identity and access layer for the ecosystem. The intent is SSO-style access — a verified Network profile carries through to connected apps so the same tradesperson and the same company show up consistently.

  • Tenant-aware app connections
  • Scoped tokens for app-to-app calls
  • Verified credentials surfaced through Network

App-to-app workflows

The most useful connections happen across the ecosystem:

  • inTrust → Hub: quote requests and leads flow from public reputation surfaces into the CRM pipeline.
  • TradesMen Cam → Hub: job documentation and project records connect with customer and deal records.
  • Tools → Network / Hub: company asset context joins staff identity and customer relationships.
  • Chat / Talk → Network: social and visual content stays attached to verified profiles.
  • Messenger → Network: private messaging is grounded in the Network identity layer.

Webhooks and API keys

Apps that benefit from event-driven workflows — Hub especially — are designed to support webhooks and scoped API keys. Tokens are bound to a tenant, scoped to specific actions, and revocable. Public-facing API documentation for relevant apps will live alongside the Developers page as it is ready.

AI governance and approvals

TradesMen AI is designed to be mounted into host apps such as Network, Tools, Chat, Talk, and Hub. AI integrations run through a single governance model: tenant-aware permissions, tool-use controls, approval queues for sensitive actions, and audit logs for every action taken.

Security monitoring

TradesMen Security Center monitors registered ecosystem apps, APIs, WebSocket services, servers, databases, repositories, and dependencies. Public surfaces deliberately stay high level. Internal endpoints, scanner internals, and findings stay private.

SEO operations

TradesMen SEO integrates with public ecosystem properties — TradesMen.dev, Network, public inTrust company pages — through crawling, Search Console import, sitemap monitoring, and IndexNow submissions.

Future API documentation

Detailed API documentation, schemas, webhook reference, and SDK material will land here as it is ready. If you’re building something that should connect to the ecosystem, please reach out and tell us what you’re trying to do — we’d rather hear from you early than late.

We deliberately do not publish private endpoints, fake API keys, secret URLs, or any internal scanner output on public surfaces.
